Houston is ranked the 19th most desirable place to live by the Pew Research center. That sounded about right to me until I saw that Phoenix is among the top 10. I've been to Phoenix and I can't imagine why anyone would prefer that hellhole over Houston.

Another shocker is that more people would rather live in a place with a lot of McDonalds than a place with a lot of Starbucks. Has this country been taken over by Sarah Palin clones?
