Lost in the email?

I signed up at Obama's website to get his VP pick via text messaging. Either I typed in the information wrong or there's a technical problem on their end, but I didn't get a text message. I did receive an email though, which kinda defeats the purpose because I usually check MSN news before email in the morning. With the large number of hoaxes circulating online, one would think I would get at least one message. Well, I guess I need to get myself out there more.
