Wind turbines on skyscrapers

When I read this headline I thought that's crazy; hasn't Bloomberg seen that episode of House where a wind turbine fell off and severed a guy's femoral artery? Well, it turns out that he only wants to put itty bitty ones on top of buildings and put the gigantic ones offshore.
